Copy the entire link in the box below to the "URL" or "feed" field in your software.
You can set your aggregator to pull down regular updates using the "Schedule" tab. Or to update manually, click on the "Check for New Podcasts" button and wait until the files have downloaded.
If you have the lastest versions of Apple iTunes or WMP, it will automatically create playlists from the downloaded shows. Shows can be played on your computer, or transferred to portable device, like an iPod, Creative Zen or iRiver.
Anybody can tune into podcasts. Sites like www.podcast.net and http://podcastcentral.com post new shows almost as soon as they are online. There are hundreds added every day.
